Everything happens online. Here is what to expect, from your first question to your video visit.

Answer four quick questions
Tell us your main concern, your age range, how your digestion feels, and any medicines or allergies. It takes about two minutes, and your doctor sees your answers before the call.

Get matched with a doctor
We recommend the doctor best placed for your concern. You can also browse every doctor and pick your own.

Choose a time and pay by UPI
Pick a day within the next 14 days and a time in India Standard Time. Your time is held for two hours while you pay with the UPI QR code or UPI ID and upload the screenshot.

We confirm your payment
Our team checks your screenshot and confirms your consultation. You are emailed when it is confirmed, and your video room and chat open on your appointment page.

Meet your doctor on video
Join from your appointment page on your phone or computer. Chat with your doctor in the same place.

Formulations, only if recommended
If your doctor recommends formulations, they appear in your account with prices shown before you pay. Nothing is sold to you before you have spoken with a doctor.
