How does a consultation work?
Answer four quick questions, pick a doctor and a time, and pay by UPI. Once our team confirms your payment, you join a private video room from your appointment page, with chat alongside.
How do I choose a doctor?
We recommend the doctor best placed for your concern, and you can choose any doctor. Each doctor’s specialty, experience and fee are shown before you book.
How do I pay?
Pay the consultation fee by UPI using the QR code or UPI ID on your appointment page, then upload the payment screenshot. Your time is held for two hours while you pay.
What time zone are the times in?
All times are in India Standard Time (IST), and you can book up to 14 days ahead.
Can I cancel or change a booking?
You can cancel from your appointment page while your payment is still being reviewed. Once a consultation is confirmed, contact our team and we will help you, including any refund.
When can I order formulations?
Only after a consultation. Nothing is sold to you before you have spoken with a doctor. If your doctor recommends formulations, they appear in your account with prices shown before you pay.
Who can see my answers?
Your intake answers are visible to you, your doctor and our admin team. They are used to match you with a doctor and prepare for your consultation.
I am a doctor. How do I get an account?
Doctor and admin accounts are created by the Swikya team. You will receive an invitation by email; use that email address to sign in through the Doctor portal.
